Formats Unlimited as always provides a host of printing options for your CD and DVD disc labeling needs. Our latest offering is Dri-Gloss disc printing. Dri-Gloss media allows for printed discs which are water resistant and scratch resistant and do not fade over time. This is a great value-added option for those wanting more durable quality over standard inkjet printed discs, while saving on the costs of Dye Sublimation printed output.

Color inkjet printing: a great solution for small to medium runs. Color designs are printed with CMYK inkjet print onto a disc with a special inkjet surface. Now includes Dri-Gloss Media Option!

Single color thermal print: the fastest and most cost effective option for simple text, logo, graphic designs This option offers up to 600dpi resolution. We use thermal printers to print your design from thermal ribbon at high temperature onto a disc. The finish is durable, smudge proof and moisture resistant.

Full color dye thermal: the best option for fast turnaround short run duplication when full color is required. This option offers 600 dpi resolution for full color designs. We use a Dye Sublimation printer to print your design from thermal ribbon at high temperature onto thermal surface discs. The finish is durable, smudge proof and moisture resistant.

Full color offset litho: most suitable option for very high volume when highest quality full color photo on body disc print is required. Ideal for high detailed backgrounds, photo images and text effects. Print finish is highly durable. Very popular for DVD disc print.
